    Lauren is an accomplished sales and marketing leader with experience at top tech companies like CoreWeave, Amazon (AWS), and Microsoft. Beyond her professional success, she is deeply passionate about saving animals. For over a decade, she has volunteered with animal shelters and rescue groups in California and Colorado, gaining insight into the pet overpopulation crisis. As CEO of Angels for Angels Foundation, Lauren is dedicated to ending unnecessary shelter euthanasia by expanding access to spay and neuter services, leveraging her business expertise and network to drive impactful change.

  • Max Cohen, Co-Founder and Chief Strategy Officer

    Max has a 25 year career in the technology sector across sales and business development at top technology companies like Cisco, Akamai, F5 and NVIDIA, where he currently leads one of its largest multi billion dollar segments of business focused on AI Cloud. Known for his problem-solving skills, Max is passionate about creating efficient solutions to complex challenges. A lifelong animal advocate, he is deeply committed to addressing the pet overpopulation crisis. As CSO, Max will use his extensive network, business expertise, and problem-solving abilities to drive the organization's growth and maximize its impact on animals in need.

Known for her attention to detail and ability to mobilize others, she has over 30 years of non-profit experience, raising millions for charities. Driven by her love for dogs and belief that every animal deserves a home, Tami excels in fundraising and building connections. As Chief Fundraising Officer, she focuses on onboarding investors, growing networks, and organizing impactful events to drive the organization's success.

    Erin is a creative professional and California native with a B.A. in Film and Media Studies from the University of California, Santa Barbara. She has experience in marketing, content creation, social media, and editorial internships, honing skills in storytelling and impactful content delivery. Passionate about animal welfare, Erin is an advocate for pets and has two adopted dogs. Now working for the Angels for Angels Foundation, she brings creativity and enthusiasm to her role as a content specialist, eager to support the foundation’s mission.

    Ellen is a respected leader in the Los Angeles animal rescue community and the Founder and CEO of Deity Animal Rescue, which rescues hundreds of animals annually and supports spay and neuter clinics. With over 100K social media followers, Ellen uses her storytelling skills to showcase overlooked shelter animals and hosts the popular "A Pawdcast" to advocate for change. Renowned for her contributions to animal welfare, Ellen joins the Board to focus on spay and neuter initiatives in underserved areas, bringing her leadership, collaboration, and dedication to advancing our mission.

  • Brittany Higgins, Board Member

    Brittany, owner of Salem Point Design, a high-end cabinetry business in Denver, balances entrepreneurship and motherhood with an unwavering dedication to animal advocacy. As the founder of HWY 50 Freedom Ride, she has spent 15 years rescuing dogs from rural Colorado shelters, saving thousands of lives. Brittany also champions legislative changes to protect discriminated breeds. Her expertise in creating efficient operations will be valuable in her role as Chief Operations Officer, where she will develop efficient systems to connect families with veterinary services.

    Dr. Claire is a compassionate veterinarian in the Denver. She runs her own practice specializing in acupuncture and rehabilitation for animals recovering from surgery or managing chronic illnesses. Claire has a first-hand view of the financial challenges facing families when it comes to affording spay and neuter services, and she believes all animals should have access to these critical services. Claire will help us build relationships with veterinarians nationwide and develop efficient operations to connect families with spay and neuter services.
